Maria was above and beyond professional and accommodating. When I first called Maria, I wasn’t sure it was the right time to sell my house, but she proposed a price that was much higher than I expected. And the final sale was at a price much higher than that! I credit her excellent marketing and wide network. After having my condo on the market with a real estate broker for a year without an offer, I decided to hire a different broker. This time I did stringent due diligence and was much wiser in my interview/selection process. Boy, did that pay off! I found Maria Fernandez. The difference was remarkable and honestly, in every area, she exceeded my expectations.
Let’s just start with the basics: She’s professional, responsive, authentic, emotionally intelligent, accountable, deeply knowledgeable about real estate, neighborhoods, values, etc. She’s also affable, charming, funny, and intelligent – the kind of person that you not only want to do business with, but also share a dinner with.
On many occasions, Maria went above and beyond my expectations. One that comes to mind: she proactively handled the necessary removal of a new refrigerator, handling logistics and thoughtfully wrapping it to ensure there would be no damage.
